I was really dreading my workout today. All day long, I was tired at work and close to falling asleep. I REALLY didn't feel like working out today! And it's cold/windy outside so that doesn't help get me motivated either. I decided to drink a cup of black coffee before I left work. Hopefully that'll give me the extra energy boost I need.

I got home early today, 90 minutes before the spinning workout starts... Shit! That's not good. If I sit on the couch, it's over. I decided to cut my hair to pass the time. It worked. Once I got to the training center, I was surprised that I wasn't tired anymore... I was ready to go and determined to keep my cadence above 90 throughout the workout.

We started with a warm up and then 45 second single leg drills which I'm still trying to get use to. It's not the spinning itself that's the problem, it's reattaching the shoe cleat to the pedal that's the problem. Anyways, after those drills were done, we did 8min, 6min,4min 100+ cadence intervals. I was tired as he'll after the FIRST one! But then I got my second wind and I was cool for the rest of the workout... But then it was time to run.
