After the spin class, you gotta run.  I had talked to Kevin before and asked him if I was running at the right pace (based on my lactate test) after the spins.  He wants me to run 7:45-7:55/mi pace and after the last brick, I was running about 6:42/mile pace.  He said he wants me to slow down and do the pace he recommended.  Today, I tried to run a slower pace, but when it's cold outside and I'm sweating my ass of because of the spin class, I want to just hurry up and get the run over-with.  I ran today at 7:39/mi pace (see my garmin link above)... it's a start.
