Swim Workout- 1500 meters (Wednesday, Jan. 27th)
Today I had my best swim to date. Theresa was there and she had a pyramid training schedule that she was going to use, so I used it to. I have to get the details from her and I'll post it later, but it involved some sprinting, using the pull buoy (which I'd been completely neglecting) and using the kick board (which I had also been neglecting). I was actually able to kick board a length of the pool... it was only once and it was really a combination of me making it 1/2 way twice, but still... that was the 1st time I had done that with any kind of success.
