Brick Workout- 4mi Run by terrypeppers at Garmin Connect - Details
After the spin class, you end up soaking wet and you gotta run, IMMEDIATELY, just like it'll be on race day. I was cold as hell outside and I was tired, so instead of running the 7:45-7:55 pace that I was suppose to, I ran 6:59 minute miles. Also, the rest of the group was scheduled to run 3 miles and my personal coach wanted me to run 4 miles, so I wanted to see if I could run 4 miles faster than they could run 3. I did end up passing some people (who were running, not walking), so I felt good about that! Anyways, I can't believe that I cycled 15.5 miles and still had the energy to run four 7 minute miles! I impressed myself today.
