Saturday Long Run- 18.25mi by terrypeppers at Garmin Connect - Details
Last weekend's 16 mile long run went good, so I expected today's run to be cool. I was a little worried because I did a Lactate Threshold test for my running yesterday morning. I thought that might make me a little slower today, but it didn't. I felt pretty good the entire run, except around 14.25 miles I got a cramp in my right calf, but I just ran through it. The pain eventually went away. I think I'm going to go ahead and run the Houston Marathon on Jan. 30th. I was planning to skip it, but maybe not. Now I'm getting sore and I have a long bike run tomorrow, so depending on how I feel after that, I'll decide what I'm going to do.
