After the last brick, my coach said that my cadence (# of full revolutions of the bike pedal per minute) was too low... he said it should be 90 revolution per minute.  I asked him why he had "Bike 20miles (1 hr)" on my schedule because I didn't understand what it meant.  He said that I should be able to ride about 20 miles in a 1 hour spin class, IF I'm riding at the right cadence.  Today, I tried to keep the 90 rev cadence and at the end of an hour, I traveled 15.53 miles... not bad, but I still need to improve.  This interval/spin class is NO JOKE... they don't start off slow at all... they just throw your ass in the fire and say "keep up!".  Right after the bike was my 4 mile run.
